About the 2026 Spring Party

  • When: 7-9 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2026

  • Where: Lundy House and Studio, 701 Mulberry Lane, Bellaire

Pier & Beam returns this spring with a reason to celebrate. We’re gathering at the Lundy House and Studio, the landmark Bellaire home that architect Victor Lundy designed for himself and his wife, Anstis, in the 1980s — and that a pair of local preservationists rescued from demolition just months ago. It’s a rare chance to experience the house firsthand before restoration begins: its sweeping curves, walls of glass and soaring elliptical-arched studio, intact and open.

At this year’s party, we’ll raise a glass to the Lundy House and announce the winner of the 2026 Future Landmark Award. Join us for drinks, music and conversation with fellow Houstonians who care about the city’s past, present and future.

Proceeds benefit Pier & Beam and Preservation Houston.
