Thank you for considering being a part of the Host Committee for the 2024 Pier & Beam Spring Party!

Please fill out this form to make your Host Committee commitment. By joining the Host Committee, you agree to:

  • Spread the word about the Spring Party to your network

  • Allow Pier & Beam to use your name on promotional materials for the event

(Your Host Committee donation includes admission to the Spring Party, too, so we look forward to seeing you there!)

We will be sending out an official party invitation in March. Party information will also be available on the PH website and on Pier & Beam’s social media channels. If you have any questions or suggestions about the Spring Party or the Host Committee, e-mail us or call (713) 510-3990.

We’re also looking for sponsorships! If you know a company or individual who might like to support Pier & Beam while getting exposure to an engaged, Houston-focused audience, please share our sponsorship packet with them.

About the 2024 Spring Party

The Spring Party is Pier & Beam's largest membership and fundraising event. Each year’s party is held in a distinctive historic location. This year we’re returning to the lobby of the historic Esperson buildings downtown — the place where we held our first annual party back in 2014. Visionary businesswoman Mellie Esperson built the Esperson buildings to honor herself and her husband, oilman Niels Esperson; their mix of ornate Italian Renaissance and Streamline Moderne design has made them landmarks on the downtown skyline for nearly a century.

The 2024 Spring Party will celebrate Pier & Beam’s 10th birthday and celebrate the winners of our Future Landmark Awards, which honor outstanding recent projects that have made significant contributions to Houston’s urban landscape. Proceeds from the Spring Party benefit Pier & Beam and Preservation Houston.
