Join Preservation Houston on Friday evening, March 3, 2017, when the Cornerstone Dinner presents “Building the History of Houston through Great Architecture” at River Oaks Country Club. The 2017 Cornerstone Dinner will be an elegant evening that combines the themes of history and the importance of historic preservation with the unique story of Houston as told through our exceptional architectural heritage.

This year we honor the living legacy of Mr. Gerald D. Hines, who, through his vision and leadership of the Hines organization, has enhanced the rich architectural fabric of Houston. Many of his buildings are already historically significant. The President’s Award, our highest honor, recognizes Mr. Hines’ contributions and unparalleled impact on Houston’s skyline and the present and future of our city. 

We hope that you will share the excitement as we present our 2017 Good Brick Awards for excellence in historic preservation, recognizing the diverse people and projects that continue to make our city unique.
