    About the 2018 Fall Party

    • When: 7-10 p.m. Thursday, November 15, 2018
    • Where: Eldorado Ballroom, 2310 Elgin Avenue
    • Chairs: Jae Boggess and Chris Castillo; Ali & Frank Donnelly; Emily & Clayton Forswall

The Fall Party is Pier & Beam's largest membership and fundraising event. Each Fall Party is held in a distinctive historic location — this year, we're lucky enough to bring the event to the Eldorado Ballroom, a storied 1939 venue that is extremely significant in the Third Ward and in Houston's musical history.

During the party, we celebrate Pier & Beam's birthday (this year is our fifth!) and present the Future Landmark Award, which honors an outstanding recent project that is making a significant contribution to Houston's urban landscape. Proceeds from the Fall Party benefit Pier & Beam and Preservation Houston.

    About Preservation Houston

Preservation Houston is Houston’s only citywide nonprofit historic preservation education and advocacy organization. Since 1978, Preservation Houston has voiced strong support for better public policy and protection of our irreplaceable historic resources. Our members, volunteers and staff have been instrumental in the adoption of a citywide preservation ordinance, the designation of local landmarks and historic districts, and the development of a preservation ethic in the Bayou City. Learn more about Preservation Houston →
